Movement
Yoga provides us with an as an opportunity to be present, to be intentional with our breath, and to explore gentle movement from within our body. Yoga is an unconditional safe space ​to reconnect with your mind and body, creating an opportunity to develop awareness of how we move through each day, both on and off the mat.

This body-based practice can support emotional, physical and mental health, and can complement other forms of traditional or alternative therapy. These types of movement practices focuses on making a connection at a somatic level by combining therapeutic yoga postures, functional movement, breath work and mindfulness.
